Step 1: Turn it on, click again will activate backlit. Tap and Hold both "+" "-" button for 3 seconds to switch between ℉ and ℃.

Step 2: Select your target in recommended 6 settings. During the icon flashing, press "+" or "-" to customize your target temperature.

Step 3: Insert the probe into meat and get the reading. Please don't leave the thermometer in the oven.

Step 4: Over Temp Remind. While current temperature > Target temperature, the screen will flash with backlight to remind you.
